- Coordinating with technicians on work status and timing.
- Managing inbound calls, scheduling, and daily workflow.
- Making sure nothing gets missed or delayed.
- Handling customer questions and concerns professionally.
How We Operate:
- We move fast, but work still needs to be done right.
- Clear communication matters with both customers and the shop.
- This role requires ownership, not waiting to be told what to do.
- The day gets busy and you need to stay steady under pressure.
Performance and Incentives:
We reward consistency and performance:
- Attendance bonus for reliability and showing up on time.
- Performance bonus tied to shop production and workflow.
- Additional incentives based on results.

- Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment.

- Someone who can handle pressure without shutting down.
- Someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
Who This Role Is Not For:
- Someone who needs constant direction.
